Open letter in favor of new regulations to protect children from sexual abuse | We sign!

On May 11, the European Commission published a proposal for a law establishing rules to prevent and combat child sexual abuse.
This proposal is necessary and historic, not only for Europe, but also for the whole world. Once passed, this legislation could have an impact far beyond the EU and help advance the global fight against child sexual abuse.
Ecpat Luxembourg is one of the 50 organizations fighting for the rights, safety and security of children online and offline, and supports the European Commission’s proposal as an essential step towards a better protection of children’s rights.
